i dont get this due to skire is a website not a deviant art group...soo i dont know if am correct in saying this group is abandoned....or not

I think you're technically right about this group being dead, but the species is still alive at least if you're ever interested in that!

Nautipods are now on Skire!Hey hi hello! WellHidden/Kid here with a sort of unique announcement!Back in December of 2019 I was in talk with the owner and creator of Nautipods (@/bronwyn--leblanc) who, when approached on the matter of potentially reviving the species into a species of Skire, was kind enough to allow me to do so as the species’ new owner. I’ve actually had them in my name for a while now , and trust me I was worried people were going to notice I was the new Nautipod group owner! (I’m surprised actually because I think only 4 people? Noticed and messaged me about it in private omg) Then things happened and of course a few things held up the release. Namely: the website! It wasn’t really fully known if it’d ever be possible to have a website for CCCats and Crooks or any other species until more recently thanks to the team working so hard and really just powering through tremendous new learning curves and helping one another through not only this but many pandemic struggles too. Thanks to the site becoming not only a possibility but an amazing reality, we’ve been able to move forward with a lot of things in mind such as the ARPG and helping keep Skire species able to be posted safely to other places with ownership properly crediting back to the main website. These things of course had to have the new species in mind, too.And, well, of course, lore! Technically after the Myir and Halik event happened, the outcome of what would be told next was planned, but I had no idea I’d be able to do it like this. It’s really exciting!!For those who were with the species before and wish to still use them as a closed species now in Skire, you can re-register your character/design to our masterlist here: Re-Registration of Nautipod Link More info is in the link but to summarize a key point:Nautipods were previously retired, so many nautipods linger in ownership with users who may want to keep them outside of CS purposes. Some, however, may want to add them in!If for any reason you’d like to not use the nautipod(s) you own for CS purposes, you can ignore re-registering them and use them as an OC without being tied to the species. This does not mean you can make more nautipods or make new ones without permission, it just means your nautipod is able to not have a tie to the species if you’d like. If you don’t register them to the Skire masterlist they cannot participate in events, lore, and the ARPG.Nautipods are still a Closed Species.Any nautipods created after this point will be automatically associated into the Skire CS. Ofae is named after the Creator that made the natural satellite and, now, Nautipods. Ofae originally partook in Oyen’s challenges of creations early on in the creation of the reality as a means to spur on Eeridi’s life existing on it. Ofae as an entity loved many other Creators, but Eeridi was like a muse to it. Eeridi made a law of life and created the planet Oyen would host its challenge on, and Eeridi being a powerful creator created a moon. Originally Ofae was the first moon created, the two sibling moons following suit after and are from different creators. However, Ofae broke itself apart when Gostiel created humans which had the innate ability to take in and simply store magic. This was detrimental to many of the creations on Eeridi as it slowly ate away at a driving force of life for things on Eeridi as well as Creators themselves who became that magic. In order to protect Eeridi and other creations on it, Ofae broke itself apart and became asteroids that shattered many of Eeridi’s landmass and separated the landmass we now know as Skire. This was an effort to create a safe haven where humans had not yet occupied and give refuge to other creatures, which worked for a time. Because of Ofae shattering, the known asteroid ring called “Halo” around Eeridi came into existence as well. This halo was provided to keep things on Eeridi and prevent anything else harming Eeridi from outside sources as well. Eventually humans with their technical advances were able to get through the halo by creating the Halo Pierce stations, which Myir took advantage of to travel to Ofae. In obtaining a large piece of Ofae from his travels and putting it back into Uto (a place struggling to keep magic flowing freely before), Nautipods were able to sense the new magic of their creator and came up from their abyss in the meteor lake!
